Trainees Celebrated for 2021 Efforts

02 December 2021

My Gateway held its Trainee Awards Recognition Lunch last week, to celebrate our trainee award winners for 2021.

The special event highlighted the hard work and efforts of several of our trainees in what has been another challenging year due to the COVID-19 situation. The trainee lunch followed on from the Apprentice Awards Recognition Lunch, which was held earlier in November.

Human Resources trainee, Erin Whiley, won the event’s biggest honour, the Overall Trainee of the Year. She also took out the Certificate IV Trainee of the Year category. Erin’s host is Wollondilly Shire Council.

Congratulations to all of the award winners and their host businesses! We would also like to say thank you to all host businesses who nominated their apprentices for the awards and congratulations to each of the finalists.

Thank you also to the event sponsors: Apprenticeship Support Australia, Australian College of Commerce & Management, Camden Council, Campbelltown City Council and Wollondilly Shire Council.
