My Gateway helps aspiring apprentices and trainees start their careers and helps employers find, employ and train the right apprentices and trainees for their business.
My Gateway has been employing full time and school based apprentices and trainees across Sydney since 1982.
We place apprentices and trainees with host businesses located across metropolitan Sydney and surrounding regional areas.
We help young people launch their careers where they are guaranteed genuine and rewarding employment, correct pay, safe working conditions, paid training and the achievement of qualification with their course fees paid by us. We say ‘no’ to student debts!
We are passionate about connecting people with the world of work via pre-apprenticeship courses, high school programs and workshops, Indigenous employment networks and women in non-traditional trade programs.
We work with employers to find the right person and assist them to train and develop those people so they become valued and productive members of the team.
