Recent apprentice graduate, Kieran Crane and current apprentice, Casey Timmer, are learning from and supporting each other at host employer, BlueSky Modular Buildings.
Kieran recently completed his carpentry apprenticeship and has now moved into a mentor-type role for the current BlueSky apprentices, like Casey.
Casey is a 2nd Year carpentry apprentice and is developing and improving his skills and knowledge.
The dynamic between the two is a great example of how an apprenticeship can lead to greater responsibilities, and the importance of supporting apprentices throughout their journeys.
