We recently held two Pre-Employment programs, aiming to place students into apprenticeships and traineeships.
The first course, a Business Administration Pre-Traineeship, was facilitated by Australian College of Commerce & Management (ACCM). Students were taken through some basics of working in an office environment, covering customer service and working effectively with others.
The second course was Electrical Pre-Apprenticeship program and covered key elements of the trade such as WHS, maintaining equipment and understanding sustainability practices in the energy sector. This course was facilitated by the team at Superior Training Centre (STC).

A handful of the students from the business administration course have already secured full-time traineeships through My Gateway. Our Recruitment team will be interviewing more in the short-term future for opportunities we have available now and in early 2024. We will also be placing the majority of the electrical students in jobs which is a great outcome for the course.
We would like to congratulate all of the students for their participation and achievements through their respective courses. Thank you to the staff at ACCM and STC for training these young job seekers and providing them with invaluable skills and knowledge.
