My Gateway apprentice Elizabeth Pinnington recently featured on Tradeswomen Australia’s industry podcast.
Elizabeth – or Lizzie as she likes to be called – shared her story with Fiona Lawrie, who is the Founder and Director of the organisation, which aims to provide support and guidance to women in non-traditional trades.
It’s been a big year for Lizzie, who is a horticulture apprentice hosted to Liverpool City Council. Lizzie featured in our Ladies Can Be Tradies campaign earlier this year, and was also a finalist in the Female Apprentice of the Year category at our recent Apprentice & Trainee Awards.
