In Conversation: Apprentices & Trainees Inspire Future Generation

This month, we held an online Q&A with several of our apprentices and trainees.

The event aimed to highlight the individual experiences of these young employees in hopes of inspiring the next generation to pursue an apprenticeship or traineeship pathway.

Our guests were:

• Lachlan Stone – Plant Mechanic apprentice, hosted to CJD Equipment
• Liz Pinnington – Horticulture apprentice, hosted to Liverpool City Council
• Bella Penson – Customer Service trainee, hosted to Camden Council
• Libby Clapson – School Based Business Administration trainee, hosted to Campbelltown City Council
• Jean-Paul Emanuel – Engineering apprentice, hosted to LaserBond
