Bryton Noble is a recent My Gateway apprentice graduate. He completed his carpentry apprenticeship with long-time host employer, Decouper Onsite, a few months ago.
Now, Bryton is working as one of Decouper’s tradesmen, as he pushes towards his goal of running his own construction business.
Bryton’s journey to completing his apprenticeship hasn’t always been easy, but his commitment to learning and building his skills, and his strong work ethic, have seen him shine. His hard work was acknowledged at the 2018 My Gateway Awards, where he was a finalist in the category of 4th Year Apprentice of the Year.
