Your employee will be supported and mentored
One of the key elements of our service model is the mentoring and support our Employment & Career Partners (ECPs) provide your apprentice/trainee with.
Through regular site visits and ongoing communications via phone and email, our team will ensure that your employee is supported in all aspects of their apprenticeship/traineeship journey.
Your apprentice/trainee will also have 24/7 access to our free, confidential counselling service to assist with work related and personal issues.
