My Gateway works with schools to help students start their careers in an apprenticeship or traineeship.
We do this through:
Our School to Work program
School-Based Apprenticeships and Traineeships
Career expos and other school-focused events
Providing guidance and support to students, parents, teachers, careers advisors and host employers
School to Work Program
Our dedicated School to Work Partner can visit your school and provide inspiration and information on undertaking an apprenticeship or traineeship.
During a School to Work session, students will learn about apprenticeships and traineeships, how they work and what they can get out of undertaking these pathways. They will also learn about the different industries they can gain an apprenticeship or traineeship in, and what employers expect from them in the workplace.
