My Gateway Celebrates Achievements of Trainees in 2020

Posted in General Traineeships

Earlier this month, My Gateway held the Trainee Awards Recognition Lunch to celebrate our trainee award winners for 2020.

While it was a very different style of event to our usual Apprentice & Trainee Awards, which was put on hold this year due to COVID-19 restrictions, the event was a very special occasion.

Wollondilly Shire Council trainee, Tahlia Sydenham, was the big winner of the event, taking home two awards including Overall Trainee of the Year.

Congratulations to all of the award winners and their host businesses! We would also like to say thank you to all host businesses who nominated their trainees in 2020 and congratulations to each of the finalists.

We look forward to our Apprentice Awards Recognition Lunch, which will be held at some point in early 2021.

Award winners list

Tahlia Sydenham (Wollondilly Shire Council) – Certificate IV Trainee of the Year and Overall Trainee of the Year

Bella Penson (Camden Council) – Certificate IV Trainee Runner Up

Ariana Marcelino (Training Services NSW) – Certificate III Trainee of the Year

Jenna Simek (Pan Sport & Corporate Wear) – Certificate III Trainee Runner Up
