Watch your business grow
Employing an apprentice or trainee through My Gateway is a great way to future proof your workforce and industry. Working together, we can help train and develop your employee to meet your business needs and enhance your workplace culture.
As your new employee gains skills and knowledge, they will be able to add value and generate positive outcomes for your business.
“We believe in building a strong, positive culture, and our My Gateway apprentices have fitted right into our close-knit team.” – Sara Sheedy, Director, BlueSky Modular Buildings
Your employee will be supported and mentored
One of the key elements of our service model is the mentoring and support our Employment & Career Partners (ECPs) provide your apprentice/trainee with.
Through regular site visits and ongoing communications via phone and email, our team will ensure that your employee is supported in all aspects of their apprenticeship/traineeship journey.
Your apprentice/trainee will also have 24/7 access to our free, confidential counselling service to assist with work related and personal issues.
“They [My Gateway] also tick the box on caring for the apprentices, as they see them as not just a number but also as someone who can contribute to society.” – Steven Varrica, Chief Operating Officer, Sevaan Group.
