Junior Finance / Administration Traineeship

My Gateway has a fantastic opportunity available for a recent school leaver to start their career with a Local Government Organisation in Picton. This position is a 2 year traineeship where you will complete a Certificate III in Financial Services whilst you work full time.
As part of this position, your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintain the companies list of suppliers
  • Process invoices
  • Monitor invoice payments
  • Help to produce pay runs
  • Assist customers with creditor enquiries
  • Reconciliation of creditor statements
  • Reconciliation of general ledger accounts
  • Assist other members of the finance team as and when required
