My Gateway’s client, Settlement Services International is seeking a Finance Trainee for their Parramatta premises.

About the Role

This is a full-time position where you can complete a Nationally Recognised Qualification while being paid.

 

The Finance team provide professional financial advice, reporting and analysis for the business areas and corporate services. The information the finance team provides allows leaders and program managers to make decisions and keeps their programs operational. Within the finance team, we have Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Accountants.

 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Processing invoices.
  • Maintaining petty cash.
  • Monitoring accounts emails and distributing requests.
  • Investigate and resolve transactional issues.
  • Maintaining databases.
  • Generating reports.
  • Providing general support to the team as required.

 

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ability to be flexible.
  • Ability to deal with change.
  • Knowledge, interest and/or experience working with people with disability.
  • Knowledge, interest and/or experience working with people from CALD communities.
